No. Every report is fully white label with your logo and brand colours. Your clients see your business name, not ours.

What platforms do you support?

Currently Facebook and Instagram. TikTok and LinkedIn are on our roadmap.

Can I customise the report with my branding?

Yes. Upload your logo and enter your brand hex colour once. Every report uses your branding automatically.

What languages are reports available in?

Reports can be generated in over 20 languages. You manage everything in your language and your client receives their report in theirs. Supported languages include English, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and more.

Does the report include competitor tracking?

Yes. Add competitor Instagram handles and each report includes a snapshot comparing your client against their competitors, follower count, engagement rate, and posting frequency.

How do scheduled reports work?

Set a delivery date for each client and SMMReports generates and sends their report automatically every month. You can review and approve before it sends so nothing goes out without your sign off.

Can I generate reports manually?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of manual report generations per month in addition to scheduled delivery.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. If you cancel mid-month you keep access until the end of your billing period.
